Hello there! My name is Alyssa Knapp I'm the owner, & baker here at Knapp-Time Bakery, along with my husband Andrew ( He's also my taste tester). All my life I have loved sweets and making people happy. Now I get to do both whiles having fun and expanding my knowledge. I am self-taught, and I'm learning more every day, nothing fancy just good ole sweets made with lots of love.
